Congrats to Rachel and Jon

A great big congrats to Rachel on her recent marriage to the lovely Jon deCaux. They had an amazing day and would like to thank all our clients for their warm wishes. God proved two things when he brought Rachel and Jon together; his genius and his sense of humour. x

I went there for a wash cut and finish. I showed her a picture of the cut that i wanted, and i specified that i wanted volume, i ended up with my hair more flat that it was before, and the cut wasnt at all the same as the picture. she tried to catch up but the result was even worse. Not satisfied at all and dissapointed.

The best salon I’ve been to easily. I first had a shoulders neck and back massage with Lou-Lou and she was absolutely fantastic. Really calm, made me feel at ease and one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had. 100% recommend Lou-Lou and I will definitely be coming back! I then had a hair appointment with Hannah. I have really thick, curly, long hair and it was in complete disarray. Hannah was outstanding, cut my hair to just over shoulder length with long soft layers and gave me gorgeous glamour curls! Hannah also gave me tips and tricks on how to style my hair at home and talked me through everything she was doing. Really professional, friendly, and a fantastic hairdresser!! I can’t recommend enough. Also would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the salon, everyone was so friendly and welcoming at all times and I can’t wait to come back.

Today I had my hair cut by the lovely Hannah who was a trainee, but by the quality of my haircut you’d have no idea. She was patient, gentle and cut my hair exactly how I liked it. I felt completely comfortable during the entire experience and would really recommend having a treatment by her because one, she’s great and two, it would help her build her portfolio. Excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Had a wash & blow dry done by Hannah was it was the dream! Felt very comfortable throughout and there was a very relaxed feeling in the salon and everyone was friendly. Hannah is a credit to the team and I will definitely be coming back to get my hair done by Hannah again!
